Coaching Generation Z
Coaching is an art. You can be the wisest, most passionate coach ever, but if you don’t know who you’re coaching, you might as well be trying to teach a dog to talk. Like each previous generation, there are distinctive perspectives that need to be understood. From Baby Boomers to Generation Y, athletes born in the last 15-20 years known as Generation Z, represent a new era for coaches to understand. Having a better understanding as to what makes this generation of athlete unique can make the winning difference.
