Aboriginal Coaching Module – C2C Mentorship Participants

For all coaches who coach Indigenous and racialized athletes, this one-day workshop will provide a greater understanding of coaching through an Aboriginal lens. The course will be divided into 3 key focus areas, and provide coaches with the tools to motivate, inspire and lead Aboriginal peoples in sport, recreation, physical activity and life.

Areas of focus:

1. Holistic Approach to Coaching;
2. Dealing with Racism in Sport; and
3. Individual and Community Health and Wellness.

Date and Time: 

• Sunday, February 26 from 8:30am-5:30pm – University of Toronto Athletic Centre (55 Harbord Street, Toronto, ON)

Please register no later than February 18, 2023 @ noon.

*This workshop is only open to coaches of C2C Mentorship Programs. Coaches that register for the workshop that are not part of the programs will be removed.
