National Coaches Week is a week to celebrate the tremendous positive impact coaches have on athletes and communities across Canada. This week is an opportunity to recognize coaches for the integral role they play by simply saying #ThanksCoach.
The Ontario Coaching Excellence Awards celebrates the dedication and commitment of Ontario’s great coaches. The Awards recognize the importance of leadership, performance and the value of human insight which are all integral to great coaching.
About our partnership with Hydro One
Hydro One is committed to building safe communities across Ontario by supporting partnerships and programs that promote safety training and safe play.
Through the Coaches Association of Ontario’s (CAO) partnership with Hydro One, we have launched Safe Sport 101, a virtual hub where coaches can gain access to the safety tools and resources they need to keep sport safe, fun and inclusive year-round. Together we are helping coaches advance physical and emotional safety for athletes across Ontario.
