Glen is the founder and CEO of PARADIGM Sports, working to bring the game back to kids. He is also the Executive Director of For the Love of the Game, Speaker for the Changing the Game Project (USA), Hockey Canada NCCP Facilitator and member of the Quality Coaching Collective. He has over 25+ years of coaching experience of men, women, boys and girls, father of two that played both rec and competitive levels of multiple sports, and is now a coach of coach’s. As a result, Glen brings a unique “360 degree view” of what it takes to support players to enjoy the game from the recreational to the high performance level.
A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Glen has worked with thousands of coaches and youth sports parents so they can help their players / children not only the best athletes, but the best people they can be.
