This is a live, NCCP Master Coach Developer led interactive group-based course offered online. You will be required to communicate and complete group work with other coaches. You must have your own computer with a headset containing a built-in microphone.
Coaches who login after the course content has started will not be admitted into the course.

NCCP Core Training for Master Coach Developers (MCDs) is a 7-hour workshop that all NCCP Master Coach Developers must take. The workshop focuses on the functions that MCDs perform in the NCCP. These functions include how to select, train, evaluate, and mentor other NCCP Coach Developers.
It is recommended that all NCCP Master Coach Developers take NCCP Core Training for Learning Facilitators and NCCP Core Training for Coach Evaluators before taking NCCP Core Training for Master Coach Developers.
