McMaster Performance is hosting its second annual Performance & Wellness Workshop June 20-21, 2025.
Led jointly by the Department of Kinesiology and McMaster Performance, the McMaster Performance & Wellness Workshop is a collaborative event aimed at uniting professionals across various disciplines focused on performance and wellness. Welcoming members from both the McMaster and Greater Hamilton communities, the workshop caters to individuals interested in rehabilitation, sport performance, fitness, coaching, biomechanics, nutrition, and wellness.
