NCCP Managing Conflict – Super Clinic

Discounted NCCP Course as part of the CAO NCCP Super Clinic taking place February 24-26 at the University of Toronto!

Course Description:

This is a Competition Development multi-sport course. The NCCP Managing Conflict module will allow you to:

• Identify common sources of conflict in sport;
• Take steps to prevent and resolve conflict resulting from misinformation, miscommunication or misunderstanding; and
• Listen and speak for themselves in conflict situations to maintain positive and healthy relationships with athletes, parents, guardians, officials, other coaches and administrators

Important Registration Information:

• Transfers or cancellations with fewer than five (5) business days’ notice are subject to a $25 charge. Please see our Cancellation and Refund Policy for more information.
• Coaches must be 14 or older to access NCCP multi-sport training in Ontario
• This course may be postponed if registration minimums are not reached.
• This workshop will utilize hard copy physical workbooks. The materials will be provided to you onsite.
