This is a live, NCCP Learning Facilitator led, interactive group based course offered online. You will be required to communicate and complete group work with other coaches. You must have your own computer with a headset containing a built-in microphone. Tablets and cellphones will NOT work.
Coaches that login when the course content has started will not be allowed to participate and will be ejected from the course.

Course Dates and Times:
Below you will find the schedule for the online in-class sessions as well as the deadlines for submission of homework. Coaches must submit completed homework on or before the stated date to be eligible to move to the next online in-class session. Coaches must attend all in-class online sessions and complete all homework assignments to be credited with the module on their transcript in the Locker.

This is a Competition Development multi-sport course.
In order to achieve peak performance, an athlete’s training program needs to be periodized according to the demands of their sport, as well as their individual development needs. The Performance Planning module allows coaches to reflect on the structure of a yearly plan, and appropriately sequence training and development priorities so as to achieve peak performance.
This module is a perfect next-step after the Design a Basic Sport Program module. It is recommended that the Performance Planning module be taken before the Advanced Practice Planning module.

This is a Competition Introduction Multi-Sport module. With the NCCP Make Ethical Decisions workshop you will be fully equipped to handle virtually any ethical situation with confidence and surety.
This workshop introduces Learning Facilitator candidates to the goals and philosophy of the NCCP, teaches them how to facilitate modules, and helps them understand the instructional design of the modules.
This is a Competition Introduction multi-sport course. This module gives you the ability to recognize signs indicating that an athlete may need to improve his/her goal setting, focus, and anxiety control skills.
