Cost: FREE – This course is running for free as part of a national initiative to promote the new mental health in sport contented recently added to these NCCP Modules.

*Coaches must be 14 or older to access NCCP multi-sport training in Ontario*

Course Description:

This is a Competition Introduction multi-sport course. By completing the NCCP Planning a Practice module you will be able to:

  • Organize a well-structured practice plan with safe, age-appropriate activities you’ve designed to match the proficiency level of participants;
  • Identify potential risk factors that could impact the sport and practice activities;
  • Create an emergency action plan;
  • Identify practice goals and design activities that offer the best training benefits for the athletic skills required in your sport.

  • This workshop will utilize eMaterials.  You will be required to download the materials in advance and bring a suitable electronic device to use during the workshop.  The materials will be provided to you in advance.
