Queen’s University TriColour Community Coaches Clinic May 29, 2026.
The TriColour Community Coaches Clinic is a first-of-its-kind professional development experience for community youth sport coaches. Hosted on Queen’s University campus, this immersive clinic blends classroom learning with hands-on, on-field sessions to deliver practical, evidence-informed strategies that simplify coaching and support long-term athlete development.
Led by Queen’s varsity coaches and an interdisciplinary team of experts in strength & conditioning, sport medicine, mental performance, nutrition, and long-term player development, the clinic focuses on real-world solutions coaches can immediately apply in community sport settings.
Coaches will learn how to design effective sessions, build athletic and mental skills, reduce injury risk, and better support youth athletes on and off the field – including preparation for college and university pathways. Sessions are interactive, adaptable, and grounded in shared language and proven systems.
