Larissa Mills is a dynamic cognitive behavioural sports specialist, mental skills coach and sports consultant leading the ground-breaking program, “The Mental Game Academy”. Trusted by organizations like the NHL, OHL, and NCAA, Larissa’s innovative approach is changing the way athletes and coaches unlock success on and off the field in today’s digital age.

With over 25 years of coaching and education experience, Larissa has a unique expertise in the intersection of brain science, behavior, and athletic performance. Driven by a deep curiosity about why some athletes fall short, she uncovered the powerful links between excessive phone use, social media, and parenting practices.
