1. When is the box shipped?
   All boxes will be shipped the week of Sept 15, 2025, during National Coaches Week.
2. Can I purchase a group order?
   Group orders up to 8 can be purchased online.
   If you wish to purchase more than 8 please email us at events@coachesontario.ca. CAO reserves the right to limit the size of an order and cannot guarantee availability.
3. Can I purchase this for someone else I know and have it shipped to them?
   YES! In the shipping section you will input to whom we are shipping the package to. Complete address is required.
   
4. Can I purchase more than one (1) box and have it shipped to multiple people?
   YES! Up to 8 can be purchased online.
   Each box purchase will ask to identify the shipping information per purchase. You will be able to input different names and addresses for multiple people in the same order.
5. What is in the box?
   Each box includes local Ontario beverages, snacks, and coach development resources. *No alcohol is in the box.
