We know that there is an unequal gender balance in positions of power. If we look at coaching, women are under-represented in coaching positions across the country. The higher you move up the athlete development pathway, the less women you find coaching. This interactive workshop will provide participants with theory and practical tools to identify and eliminate barriers, enhance their leadership skills and plan for success on and off the playing field.

This workshop introduces Learning Facilitator candidates to the goals and philosophy of the NCCP, teaches them how to facilitate modules, and helps them understand the instructional design of the modules.
This is a Competition Introduction multi-sport course. This module gives you the ability to recognize signs indicating that an athlete may need to improve his/her goal setting, focus, and anxiety control skills.
