Learning Facilitator selection is based on geographic needs, context demand and capacity need. Applications will be kept on file until the next training cycle.

DECLARATION OF UNDERSTANDING

There are 13 mandatory requirements to be a CAO LF of the multi-sport modules. In order to move forward in the LF pathway for trained and certified status you must agree to complete the following:
1. Complete the module for which you are going to be trained to deliver
2. Complete and pass Making Head Way in Sport
3. Complete and pass Safe Sport Training
4. Complete and pass NCCP Make Ethical Decisions (MED) Online Evaluation
5. Complete NCCP Core Training for Learning Facilitators
6. Complete Content Specific Training (will be arranged by CAO)
7. Complete Co-facilitation prior to delivering
8. Complete NCCP Locker Database Training (arranged by CAO)
9. Sign the CAO Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Code of Conduct
10. Maintain CAO Community Membership (this provides insurance coverages for you while you facilitate Multi-Sport workshops)
11. Facilitate a minimum of one workshop every two years
12. Attend PD to maintain certified status
13. Maintain a current email and phone contact registered with CAO database *
