This is a live, NCCP Learning Facilitator led, interactive group based course offered online. You will be required to communicate and complete group work with other coaches. You must have your own computer with a headset containing a built-in microphone.
Coaches that login when the course content has started will not be allowed to participate and will be ejected from the course.

By successfully completing the NCCP Make Ethical Decisions training, coaches will be fully equipped to handle ethical situations with confidence and surety. The training helps coaches identify the legal, ethical, and moral implications of difficult situations that present themselves in the world of team and individual sport. The workshop focuses on the evaluation principles and processes that NCCP Coach Evaluators need to follow when evaluating coaches.
This is a Competition Introduction multi-sport course. This module gives you the ability to recognize signs indicating that an athlete may need to improve his/her goal setting, focus, and anxiety control skills.
NCCP Psychology of Performance will allow you to help athletes learn to manage distractions and use visualization techniques to prepare themselves technically and tactically for training and competition.

This is a Competition Development multi-sport course. This course will enable you to implement general and sport-specific training protocols and methods to effectively develop or maintain athletic abilities specific to your sport.
By completing the NCCP Planning a Practice module you will be able to organize a well-structured practice plan with safe, age-appropriate activities you’ve designed to match the proficiency level of participants.
