Course Description:
The Mixed Ability Sport half-day course encourages social inclusion and physical activity by welcoming players of all abilities into a mainstream sport setting in their local community playing non-adapted sports.
Delivered in partnership with the Abilities Centre in Whitby, this model represents a radical approach to promoting meaningful inclusion, challenging the way we think of and join in sports, leading to broader social inclusion.
Ontario coaches can earn up to 3 NCCP PD points for attending.

This is a Competition Introduction Multi-Sport module. With the NCCP Make Ethical Decisions workshop you will be fully equipped to handle virtually any ethical situation with confidence and surety.
This is a Competition Development multi-sport course.This module will allow you to identify common sources of conflict in sport.
By completing the NCCP Planning a Practice module you will be able to organize a well-structured practice plan with safe, age-appropriate activities you’ve designed to match the proficiency level of participants.
This is a Competition Introduction multi-sport course. This module gives you the ability to recognize signs indicating that an athlete may need to improve his/her goal setting, focus, and anxiety control skills.
